Using Integrated MMD-TOPSIS to Solve the Supplier Selection and Fair Order Allocation Problem: A Tunisian Case Study

Currently, the supplier selection process is considered as an integral part of supply chain. The appropriate suppliers plays a preponderant role in performance chain it determines relevant aspects such cost management and flexibility most production processes. Background: It multi-criteria multi-objective problem because includes both qualitative quantitative factors. Method: To solve Supplier Selection Fair Order Allocation Problem (SSFOAP), hybrid solution methodology based on best–worst method (BWM) MMD-TOPSIS techniques first phase has been developed to find robust ranking suppliers. In second determine weight objective function, Linear Programming (LP) approach used. Results: This proposed model can help decisionmakers right orders for each enable purchasing managers manage terms cost, quality, service. test our methodology, we apply technique real case Tunisian Electric Society (TSE). Cplex software used bi-objective programming answer strategic questions. Conclusions: experimental results indicate that combination provide effective gain concerning quality compared with given administrator TSE.
